Marlene is an accredited supervisor trainer with the AAOS (Australian Association of Supervisors).

She supervises spiritual direction students, spiritual directors, leaders and others in their ministry.

Supervision is about becoming aware of areas of unfreedom, that is, personal blocks which might prevent effective  ministry. Supervision is also about addressing these areas in ways which promote personal freedom.

Discernment plays a large part in a person’s movement towards life-giving choices.
